I’m all about mixing different types of patterns, prints, eras, you name it. This is one of the more conservative of my mixed configurations; a co-worker of mine once told me that I dress like her 5 year old. I took it as a compliment, really.

In just a few weeks me, my man, and our dog will be heading east for our 4th annual ‘Great American Road Trip to Montana’. Oh how I love the open road and the ever changing landscape. Our final destination is Red Lodge, a cute little resort town along the highway to Yellowstone National Park. On the way there, we stop in Missoula for a night or two to visit friends and family. I’ve grown to love Missoula. Every year we visit I discover more reasons to consider settling down there some day. Reason #17: Missoula has great thrift stores! One of my favorites is Carlo’s One Night Stand. Besides having a great name, Carlo’s is jam packed with a wide variety of fun vintage fashions for ladies and dudes alike. For a vintage store their prices are totally reasonable. Every time I stop in I leave with at least an item or two, along with deep regret for not having bought that rad 60’s dress I reluctantly put back on the rack. So, go check it out. And fall in love with Missoula while you’re at it.
